Was reasonably priced and hassle free. Room was comfortable and clean and the hotel was quiet. However, I did stay on a Monday night in June - due to the hotel having a bar down stairs, I would not like to say how quiet it would be at the weekend.
I thought that their statement that private car parking was available was stretching things a bit far. The only parking was on the street outside of the hotel, which was limited to 2 hours between 8am and 5pm. For me this was not an issue as I arrived late and left early due to being on a business trip. However, if you have booked into Zeus as part of a holiday, then this would have been an issue and a rather unpleasant surprise, as due to the central location of this hotel there did not seem to be much in the way of alternative parking in the near vicinity.

All the staff members are amazingly friendly and affable. The location is magnificent, in the center of the village and near to England, the restaurant, and the park.- They have alcoholic beverages in the downstairs bar.

There was confussion over the family/triple room, but we were given an extra room without charge.
Evening meal was fine, breakfast was a disappointment. The hotwater for the tea/coffee at breakfast had a tang, told the staff and nothing was done about it. Glad there was tea in the room.

The staff was amiable and accommodating and we would definitely return. The service was very good, nothing too much trouble, it was just what we needed. Moreover, parking was nearby. The venue was in a central location short walk to local shop, England and the centre of Baldock close to the A1 M. There was a downstairs bar.

breakfast was very good, well cooked with good ingredients.
Noise from disco somewhat disturbing, although this was not until too late an hour. Street facing rooms have smokers under their windows.

Pleasant location in wide tree-lined street in town centre, convenient for shops and not too far to Duxford Air Show. Comfortable well appointed room with tea-making facilities and fan for the hot nights. Good Greek cooking plus international dishes and good wine menu.
